1. General Policy
- 3-day return/exchange window from delivery date
- Applies to eligible products only
2. Conditions for Return
Items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original packaging
- With tags and invoice
3. Reward Coupon Interaction
- Revealing coupon terminates return rights permanently
- User consent is explicitly recorded
- Exchange requests pause reward token
4. Non-Returnable Categories
- Innerwear
- Personal hygiene products
- Perishable goods
- Customized items
5. Return Process
- Submit request online
- Provide reason and proof
- Pickup arranged
- Inspection by seller
6. Refund Policy
- Processed within 7 working days after return received
- Refunded to original payment method
7. Exchange Policy
- Replacement subject to stock
- May take 3–7 additional days
8. Rejection of Returns
Returns may be rejected if:
- Product used or damaged
- Missing accessories
- Fraud suspected
